How we work with you
A program to develop trainers who are credible, structured and autonomous.
In an organization, the people asked to train are often chosen because they have mastered their trade. But expertise and the ability to pass it on are two different capabilities.
Effective training calls for presence, an understanding of adult learning, facilitation methods, an instructional architecture, tools and the ability to observe what is actually being learned.
The foundations of the trainer's role: presence, understanding the audience, structuring the message, communication and public speaking.
The principles and methods for moving from presenting content to creating a genuine learning experience.
Design, structure and stress-test a coherent training design.
Put the program's learning into practice, demonstrate the ability to facilitate and receive a final assessment.
The program alternates between learning, practice and application to a real training project.

Participants work from their own expertise, their responsibilities and the training they are called on to design or facilitate.
Depending on the engagement, the program can lead to the creation of reusable instructional assets.
Possible outputs, depending on the engagement.
A workshop was built so that it could be facilitated by internal trainers. The package includes the deck, the detailed notes, the trainer's guide, the instructional intentions, the facilitation methods, the points to watch, the participant materials, the activities and the assessment.
The documentation is not there to archive the training: it is there to allow someone else to facilitate it.
Choose a public cohort, or run this program for your internal trainers.
