What we know deeply
How we work with you
How we handle the information you send us on this site, and the rights you have in relation to it.

Mosaïca Conseils is an advisory firm in organizational culture and cultural intelligence, based in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean and working across Quebec. This policy describes the personal information collected by the mosaicaconseils.com website, what we do with it, who it may be shared with, and the rights you hold over it.
It does not cover information you send us by other means: telephone, direct email, in-person meetings. Nor does it cover the practices of the third-party sites we link to.
We collect only what you enter yourself, apart from the technical data described at the end of this section. Depending on what you use on the site:
We collect no credit card numbers. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, on its own pages: see section 8.
Only through the site's forms: the contact form, the newsletter field at the foot of each page, account creation and sign-in for My space, and the training registration flow. None of these forms is pre-filled from an external source.
Technical data, by contrast, is generated automatically by the ordinary working of the Web: your browser must provide your IP address in order to receive a page.
We do not use this information for any other purpose. It is never sold, rented or traded.
When you submit the form on the Contact page, the information you entered is transmitted over an encrypted connection to a server function hosted by Supabase, our infrastructure provider. It is processed there so that we can reply to you.
The form carries two anti-spam measures: a hidden field that only robots fill in, and a check on how much time passed before submission. Neither collects any additional information about you, and the site uses no CAPTCHA-type test.
The consent checkbox shown beneath the form is mandatory: without it, the request is not sent.
Subscribing to the newsletter is optional and separate from every other action on the site: nothing else subscribes you. It is managed by Mailchimp (Intuit), which receives your email address when you subscribe, along with a tag identifying you as coming from the website and the page you subscribed from.
The subscription takes effect immediately, with no confirmation email to validate. Every mailing carries an unsubscribe link managed directly by Mailchimp: you can withdraw at any time without writing to us.
My space is the site's client area. Creating an account is optional: the rest of the site can be read without one.
Authentication is handled by Supabase. Your password is transmitted directly to that service, which stores it in encrypted form; it is never accessible to us in plain text. Your profile details and, where applicable, your attachment to an organization are stored in the site's database, hosted by the same provider.
While you are signed in, a session token is placed in your browser's local storage so you do not have to authenticate on every page. It disappears when you sign out.
An organization administrator account can invite participants: the information you enter at that point concerns those people, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are entitled to pass it on to us.
The registration flow transmits your purchaser details and those of the participants to a server function hosted by Supabase, which prepares the transaction and redirects you to the payment page of Stripe, our payment provider.
Your card details are entered on Stripe's pages, never on mosaicaconseils.com. They do not pass through our servers and we do not retain them. From Stripe we receive confirmation of payment and the information needed for invoicing and for administering the registration.
These are the third-party services actually present on this site, and what may be transmitted to them:
The site carries no audience measurement tool, no advertising pixel and no behavioural tracking. We use neither Google Analytics, nor Google Tag Manager, nor any equivalent service.
Browsing the public pages of this site places no cookie on your device. The site uses no audience measurement, advertising or tracking cookies.
Some features use browser storage instead, which stays on your device and is never transmitted to us:
Third-party services may, for their part, place their own cookies on their own pages or when you interact with their content, notably Stripe during payment and YouTube if you start the video. Those cookies fall under their respective policies.
Personal information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and to satisfy the applicable legal, administrative or contractual obligations.
Two durations are set by the way the site itself works: session storage data disappears when you close your tab, and your email address remains on our mailing list until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your My space account at any time.
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), as are the exchanges with our server functions. Access to My space is password-protected, and access to each account's data is restricted to its holder and, where applicable, to their organization's administrator. Passwords are never accessible to us in plain text.
No transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed perfectly secure. We encourage you not to include sensitive information in the message field of the contact form.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is disclosed only to the providers listed in section 9, strictly for the purposes described there, and where the law requires or permits it.
The providers listed in section 9 are foreign companies. Information transmitted to them may therefore be hosted or processed outside Quebec, including in the United States, and be subject to the laws applicable there.
We cannot claim that your information remains on Quebec or Canadian territory at all times, and we would rather tell you so than suggest otherwise.
At any time, you may:
Send your request to the person named in section 17. We normally reply within 48 business hours, and in any event within the period prescribed by law.
Where a processing activity rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal applies going forward: it does not undo processing already carried out, and it has no effect on information we must retain to meet a legal, accounting or contractual obligation, such as records tied to a paid registration.
The most common withdrawal, that of the newsletter, is done directly through the unsubscribe link in every mailing.
The person responsible for the protection of personal information at Mosaïca Conseils is Mathieu Ouimette-Brochu, General Manager.
For any question, request for access, correction or deletion, or any complaint concerning your personal information:
This policy is updated whenever the site's tools or practices change. Any change is published on this page, and the date shown at the top indicates the last update. We invite you to consult it when sending us information.
